The large open plan ground floor offers a splendid inglenook fireplace, where meals can be cooked on a handsome woodburner, and then eaten in the pretty dining area next to the kitchen.
A comfortable conservatory area, with a second woodburner lays just off the main entrance and leads out through french doors to a small outside seating area.
From the farmhouse style kitchen, with it's stunning original stone wall feature, wooden cupboards and shelves, there is access to a second outdoor seating area that looks out across the mountains and valleys of this beautiful unspoilt area. The walk-in pantry next to the kitchen is an ideal place to store homegrown produce and the quality olive oil pressed from the 20 olive trees belonging to the finca. A small guest toilet has been fitted in close to the main staircase, that leads to the second level of the house.
The second level of this lovely finca has been made into three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a pretty dressing area and views out over the valley,which in springtime becomes a vast mass of frothy pink and white almond blossom. The other two bedrooms look out over the land and the forest belonging to the finca and are next to the main bathroom.Both bathrooms have full sized baths,charming old fashioned taps and elegant wooden cupboard units. The charm of the traditional weaving beams and farmhouse atmosphere remain present throughout the whole finca, making this house an absolute delight to the senses.
The land is made made up of various levels of almond and olive trees and an extense pine forest, all together measuring a total of 133.981 m2 of unspolit nature,including a cave. A small stable block accomdates up to three horses, and a flattened area of around 20 x 40 m that can be used as a schooling area is situated on the land above.
