On entering the house through the original double doors of the Masia, we step into the main hallway with guest wc and a side staircase to the right, leading up to the first bedroom, currently used as an office, with views to the garden and the forecourt of the house.
To the left of the entrance hall is the large central dining room with suspended log burner and amazing open gallery area reaching up to the high ceilings. All the ceilings on the upper part of the house are made from extremely attractive dark wood and blend in perfectly with the country manor feeling the house brings.
Just off of the central dining room is a large walk – in store room/larder with ample space for storing the olive oil produce from the land and other conserves and household items.
To the other side of the dining room lays a roomy separate country - style kitchen, totally equipped with modern kitchen appliances such as an electric hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, all replaced in 2016. A large double sink looks out over the gardens.
The second level of the property, reached from the central dining room via an interior staircase offers access to the main bathroom, two double bedrooms and the gallery area, that looks down over the dining room. Truly spectacular.
The main bathroom consists of wc, bidet, full sized bath, shower cubicle, double basin and practical bathroom cabinets over the basin area with mirrors on both inner and outer sides of the doors.

In this dining room stands the first of the arched caves belonging to this very special property. This cave has been renovated and turned into a charming library area equipped with small sofa for relaxing and reading.
Leaving the dining room via large “ floor to ceiling “ sliding glass doors, we arrive at the inner courtyard, paved with cobble stones and terracotta tiling, where a second and third cave can be found. The second cave is ideal for a shaded sitting area on warm sunny days and the third cave having an optimum temperature of around 17 degrees makes it a great place to have a wine bodega.
There is a fourth smaller cave to be renovated.

The guest house is situated next to the caves in the open courtyard, offering a small sitting room with two seater sofa, wc/shower room, small hobbit door into the caves and an open plan bedroom above the sitting room with views over the courtyard.

This unique property’s position allows dramatic and super private views, hence a very high degree of tranquility. Aside to the external 3 cars garage area, one will find a barbecue area arranged under a large pergola which leads to a lovely lawn garden.
